About your Session

Each session begins with a gentle conversation, allowing space for you to arrive and share how you are feeling in your body, mind, and energy.

I will lightly explain the different therapies I work with, and you are always welcome to ask questions. From there, the treatment unfolds intuitively — guided by listening, touch, and the wisdom of your body.

Pressure may be light, medium, or firm, but it is never forced. I work in dialogue with your muscles and fascia, allowing the body to lead. Your body is wise, and when listened to, it naturally moves towards release, balance, and rest.

This is a quiet, nourishing space — one of ease, presence, and care.

Session Lengths

I offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions.

90 minutes is recommended, as it allows time to work with the body as a whole and to support deeper relaxation and integration.

  • 60 minutes — focused and supportive

  • 90 minutes — unhurried, full-body treatment

  • 120 minutes — spacious, deeply restorative work
