Intuitive Presence Massage School

A relaxed and heart-led massage training for beginners and qualified therapists alike.

This course is about more than learning massage techniques.
It’s about learning how to trust yourself, soften into presence, and create a space where people feel genuinely safe, held, and cared for.

Whether you’re completely new to massage or already working with clients, this training invites you to slow down, listen deeply, and connect with your intuition.

We’ll explore how touch changes when it comes from a grounded and compassionate place — not from pressure to “perform” or get everything perfect.

This is a gentle and supportive environment where you’re encouraged to:

  • Trust your natural instincts

  • Work with sensitivity rather than force

  • Build confidence through experience

  • Learn how presence itself can be healing

  • Develop a calm and intuitive flow in your treatments

A big part of this work is also learning how to speak kindly to yourself.

During the training, I often guide students to notice their inner dialogue and gently shift it:

“You are safe.”
“You are enough.”
“You don’t need to be perfect.”
“You can trust yourself.”

Just like plants flourish when spoken to with care, people soften and open when they feel safe, respected, and valued — including ourselves.

This course combines intuitive massage, nervous system awareness, gentle mindfulness, and elements inspired by Hakomi and IFS-style self-awareness practices.

The intention is simple:
To help you feel more connected to yourself, more connected to others, and more confident in your own natural way of giving massage.

What You Will Learn

Learning Through Presence, Touch & Intuition

This course focuses on developing sensitivity, confidence, and connection through touch.

Together we’ll explore:

  • How to give a flowing full-body massage

  • Working intuitively instead of mechanically

  • Learning to listen to the body through touch

  • Understanding pressure, pace, and rhythm

  • Creating a calm and safe environment

  • Grounding exercises before treatments

  • Breath awareness and nervous system regulation

  • Building confidence as a practitioner

  • Trusting your hands and natural instincts

  • Using slower touch to feel more deeply

  • The emotional side of holding space for others

  • How your own inner state affects the treatment

  • Self-awareness and calming performance anxiety

  • Simple affirmations and grounding techniques

  • Learning to work without needing to “get it right”

  • Towel draping with care and confidence

  • Creating treatments that feel personal and intuitive

There will be plenty of hands-on practice, guidance, demonstrations, and space to ask questions.

This is not about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming present.

A Calm, Supportive Space to Learn

I want this training to feel relaxed, nourishing, and human.

There’s no pressure to perform, and no expectation to already “know what you’re doing.”
You’ll be encouraged to learn through experience, curiosity, and connection.

The atmosphere of the course is:

  • Gentle and welcoming

  • Grounded and supportive

  • Slow-paced and mindful

  • Open to complete beginners

  • Encouraging for existing therapists wanting a different approach

Many students say the course feels deeply calming not only to learn, but also personally healing.

Because when we learn to soften and trust ourselves, our touch naturally changes too.

You’ll leave with:

  • Practical massage skills

  • Greater confidence in yourself

  • A deeper understanding of intuitive touch

  • Tools to regulate your own nervous system

  • A more compassionate relationship with yourself

  • A new appreciation for the power of presence
